I stumbled upon this video a few days ago and had the same thought race through my mind, “how *did* they get the camera up so high?”
I’m sure the same question will be asked by millions once MTV starts airing this gem.

I think they might have simply used a crane with a cage for the camera man.
Though I am pretty sure the 2nd lady you see is not so happy to be so freakin high.
