You can buy it from Thailand for $120 USD +$70 USD for the 2 GB CF card + usb mouse and keyboard. Say 200 USD. They are charging 179 GBP which is 369 USD.

I would suggest that the Africans buy direct!!

However, the ICOP 2300SX specs say it runs at 15 Watts, not 8, so perhaps there are differences.
