Awesome project, that should be getting an awesome call from some lawyers right about now. Its totally not legal to sell “chocolate scrabble(tm)”
I don’t think it’s an issue unless Scrabble starts selling less because this is ‘stealing’ its customers. Maybe that’s one of the other IP laws though.
It also may be a non-issue if it’s only a small operation.
The letters aren’t even technically in squares — I’d say the word “Scrabble” on the label is the only real offense (pretty sure it’s copyrighted). That’s an easy change to make, though.
