For the holidays, I bought my wife a gift certificate for NYCPeach to bling out her Motorola MPX-220. I am pretty sure this is the first one NYCPeach has Swarovski cyrstalized, usually they do SideKicks and iPods. We worked with them over the phone, sent it off a couple weeks ago, and here are the pictures- in all its iced out glory. I still want to make my own version.

I will forever think of this…

Actually,
fanci.com under the direction of Jennifer LeRoy (Tavern on the Green) was the earlist incarnation of Sara Gold’s business, for whom she used to either work or partner with someone else. Jennifer LeRoy went a different direction with jennyoz.com while Sarah (sp?) went nycpeach.com. Wish there was a fight i’d seen and could report on, the imagination runs wild.
Anyway, both Sarah Gold (a hair colorist) and Jennifer LeRoy (an heiress customer maybe?) stud other items as well, such as hairbrushes. I think rhinestone cowboy is a possible mutual obsession – good for them either way.
Preceding these efforts is a company called Modphone (http://www.modphone.com). They’re the “phone / gagdet” people. They work with crystals, exotic leathers like stingray and python and more. They were first… website is not state of the art but I think the product matters more than the brochure is with them – rather then the “bluzz-bling” thing.
Make the smart purchase – take it from a former Modphone customer.
I’d say use your brain first, just look at the stones – my man
ie – Phillip got screwed, those stones are obviously size 12 and poorly set. Big and with gaps.
modphone respects your phone.
Check this out – http://www.blingmeout.com. You can bling out your phone yourself with Swarovski crystals. I’ve seen some other similar sites, but this one is by far the best. You get the most color choices for the cheapest price. I ordered a “large bling kit” and got it within 3 days of my order. It wasn’t that hard to do. It does take a little while so I guess I can understand why places that do it for you charge so much.
The answer, my friend, is http://www.blingdiva.com. My girlfriend was also interested about getting crystals on her phone. We spent a lot of time looking at sites all over the web. She finally decided that she wanted to do it herself because she wanted to do it right.
We found that http://www.blingdiva.com does have a state of the art website and the quickest shipment. My girlfriend chose the “Rasberry” color. She spent about 2 hours working on her phone but is so happy with the way her phone looks and has recommended it to all her friends. Next time, do it yourself.
The best work I’ve ever seen done!!! http://www.pixagogo.com/0021175127
