That’s a pulse jet, much simpler than a turbine, but man are they loud! Fuel consumption is also pretty high.
But I still want one. Dang.
Yep, pulse jet. I wouldn’t think you could ride it for long. As mentioned the fuel consumption is high. Also those things get damn hot very rapidly and it doesn’t look that far away from his left leg!
Still, it doesn’t have to be practical to be a cool toy! Nice little project. Seemed to run really well.
