I love chocolate and disagree with over-charging to create the impression of higher quality. Swiss Lindt chocolate is very good and costs $2.50 for a 100g bar. Tcho charges $10. Why 4x the price when they make do with equipment “for a few thousand bucks that would cost tens of thousands on the market”? It should be cheaper!
