I got a fresh set of the Gilbert 56 chemicals from a Science store in Parkville, KS. You can order a set at http://stores.intuitwebsites.com/beaglewebstore/-strse-Chemistry-Sets/Categories.bok.

This is no lame set and comes with a pdf of the Gilbert experiments. I have had many hours of fun setting up my lab and doing the experiments. And I am 50.

While doing some background reading on the post about the student arrested for his home chemistry lab, I came across 'The Chem Lab' at roguesci.org.
