Hm, no old motherboards to get clips off?
No old motherboard to get clips off?
Nice idea, but coin cell battery holders can be gotten off of old motherboards. I guess in a pinch, if you had no old motherboard, you could use this. Also, for 6 volts, you can stack two CR2016′s. Just make sure the contacts are tapered so the second cell isn’t shorted out.
Will use that one. But I also need to find a way to make a holder for three stacked 1.5v button cells.
