I found this really interesting video on YouTube that was filmed by Tom Swindell. Felix Thirn created the amazing mechanical piece of art featured in the video. Other credits go to the Director Tom Mansfield, and Editor Chris Barnet. Great work!

  1. I love the way the piece not only is impressive, but it uses the mechanical sounds in the composition, so that it sounds completely natural.

  2. Most of the “music” we see here is about as musical as a car alarm, and consists of repeated sequences of beeps and boops. But this is musical, with rhythm as well as complexity, and the craft is interesting too. I would love to see this up close and in action.
