From someone who has recently taken an actual polygraph, if you want to get the best results, then explain the list of questions in detail to your victim (er, subject!) -before- turning on the wristband. This will help eliminate false positives due to just being nervous about answering questions. It won’t help them fool the sensor, and it does help eliminate false positives. Happy making!
