     There’s a link underneath the picture to instructables.com. I think that is where the instructions to make it are.

   instructables suck. there are plenty of diy sites that are “ahem” F-F-F-F- FREE

   The problem I have with it is I think I don’t know anybody who knows anybody who uses incandescent bulbs.

   I had no trouble finding the instructions for building this light bulb terrarium. I had to click through, but it was TOTALLY FREE and I didn’t have to join anything. Plus, there were an abundance of other instructables for building other similar mini-gardens.
