This deceptively simple walk through has been out for a while now, but nothing seems to have come from it. I’ll be brave/stupid enough here to come out and say it… I dont understand it (and I suspect I’m not alone). The process described looks simple enough and looks to have potential. But no one knows really what the materials are. In non-chemist-speak how do we make/buy indium-tin oxide coating and [Ru(bpy)3](BF4)2 polyvinylalcohol?
