Funny, I had the exact same experience, and similar thoughts, at HOPE. The MAKE table was right across from Noisebridge in the Hackerspace Village and I saw Mitch (and Jimmie) tirelessly teaching people and answering questions. At one point, I remember thinking about what an astounding human being Mitch was and how honored I was to know him.

I also thought about the fact that he&#039;s ubiquitous and has done so much for the hackerspace movement. He&#039;s sort of Johnny Hacker Seed, going around and helping to start or to inspire burgeoning hackerspaces around the world. What a guy. AND he does it all in rainbow hair!]]></description>
