		<description><![CDATA[One important tip I&#039;ve learned: if look at the end grain of your boards, unless the board is cut from the center of the tree you will see the grain curve up or down.  When gluing up a series of boards, alternate the curve.  If you glue them up with all of the curves going the same way, the glued up piece is likely to cup in the direction eventually, if you alternate them it is less likely to.

Also, for extra strength you can join them pieces with biscuits (using a biscuit joiner) in addition to gluing them.]]></description>
