Instructables member pcdevltd of Auckland, New Zealand, inspired by a this labyrinth, used his Android ADK kit (which is SO awesome) to build a phone-controlled ball maze. [Via Hacked Gadgets]

certainly very cool remote control. but if you set the phone right on-top of the maze (so it received the tilt feedback of its own direction) could you program it to play a ‘perfect game’ autonomously?

  I was expecting him to do that. It was a bit disappointing he hadn’t. I don’t think it would be especially difficult with the phone rigidly mounted. What would be challenging would be to do it with the phone handheld.

Interesting concept. Again. Of course using Instructables detracts from the useful nature of the whole business. That also surfaced on Hack A Day as well.
