What a clever gimmick! And with Transmetropolitan author Warren Ellis on board, it’s likely to be a decent read, too. SVK is illustrated by Matt Brooker and published in “collaboration” with London-based design studio BERG (whatever that means). £10 plus shipping gets you the book and a small UV-LED flashlight for viewing the thought bubbles. A few years back I wrote a SF role playing game source book full of “maguffins.” Ideas to hang adventures on. One of them was a comic book, popular with spacers, which had secret messages which could only be seen by people wearing polarized glasses . . .
