Muybridge Hat
You’ve perhaps seen Eadweard Muybridge’s Sallie Gardner at a Gallop, an early experiment that led to the development of motion pictures. This fantastic knitted cap pattern by Ravelry user Leah B. Thibault perfectly honors Muybridge’s contribution to cinema. Luckily, there’s no need to make anyone dizzy by testing it out; here’s an animated GIF of the knitted incarnation of this early motion picture:
