Several nice charts of EMF vs. Temp for CuO, Cu2O and Fe3O4
The 300 mV figure you found fits perfectly.
EMF as a function of Temp is huge, compared to metal-metal TCs, and pretty linear.
Now, how to make a mechanically stable junction for temp measurement!!
