The Fun Bike Unicorn Club has an open call to all ye makers to “make, create, build a four-wheeled pedal-powered racer!” All karts will be eligible to race in the 7th Annual Bay Area Maker Faire on May 19th & 20th in San Mateo. Inspired by the Cycle Karts of the early part of the 20th century, and by a passion for all things bike – and for fun! – your kart must follow these few simple rules:
- Must be a pedal-powered single-seater
- Have no less than 4 wheels
- Brakes!
