Attention-grabbing public art is a great way to raise awareness of critical issues. In this case, it’s the clean renewable resource known as solar power. Erected in downtown Tel Aviv, this giant 19′ solar-powered fan, called Ventilator, by Israeli designer Tal Tenne Czaczkes highlights the validity of solar power and engages the public to play.
