Portsmouth, NH, has a new maker space!

This Friday 8/24 7-9pm Port City makerspace is having our grand opening party! Everybody is invited to come check out the facilities and gawk at awesome projects on display by our members. Come meet other interested people and see for yourself how the DIY community in Portsmouth NH is gathering strength. Our metalworking and woodworking shops will be open for you to walk around and check out all the amazing tools. We’ll have custom build bicycles on display in our bike shop and techy projects in our clean space. We’ll be grilling outside and have refreshments and snacks in plenty so bring your friends and family. See you then!

We have comprehensive shop space in a varity of focused areas such as woodworking, metalworking, bicycles, crafting, and electronics. Having a workspace with right tools to pursue a wide variety of projects makes Port City Makerspace’s community dynamic and diverse. We empower people to learn the proper use of the right tool for their specific project and to take those skills with them for their next project.
