Brian Wood created an excellent hand-made speaker, which he is selling on Etsy. I agree with you that $300 is a lot to spend on a speaker, but if you walk into any Apple store or your local big box store, you’ll see comprable speakers selling for significantly more. It’s crazy, I know. I would expect custom work like this to fetch a higher price, but I’ll assume that Brian knows the market and has priced accordingly.

Besides wanting to show others this excellent work, I thought it would inspire others to create their own. Hopefully that is the case and you’re already sourcing your own lunch pail and speakers as I type this ;)
