Sandor Katz, author of “The Art of Fermentation,” will be one of the guests on “Food Makers,” Wednesday’s Google+ Hangout on Air
Starting this week, MAKE is debuting weekly installments of Food Makers, a live Google+ hangout on air. The shows will be hosted by me and feature lively discussion on the art and craft of making food. The show airs Wednesdays 2-2:30pm Pacific Standard Time.
This week’s hangout will be on food preservation and fermentation. My guests will include Cama Davis from the Portland Meat Collective, Jordan Champagne from Happy Girl Kitchen and Sandor Katz, author of the encyclopedic Art of Fermentation and guru of all things fermented.
If you’re a fan of beer, salame, sauerkraut, pickles, kombucha, yogurt, and other delicious preserved and/or fermented foods you’re my kind of people and you’ll want to tune in this Wednesday right here.

this sounds great! I’m looking forward to it.

THIS IS AWESOME!!! But if we can’t make the time, can we listen to it later? Will it be recorded? How do we access the link?
I second this!
Ditto for people who don’t have google+ and aren’t interested in getting an account… Could you please provide a recording?
After the live broadcast it will live forever on G+ and MAKE’s YouTube page at http://www.youtube.com/make.
