Inspired by the portable Pocket Repeat game of yore, MAKE reader Mauricio writes in with his version of the Mintronics Memory Game Weekend Project. Mauricio uses the same ATmega328P-PU microcontroller found in the MintDuino kit, but he opted to solder up his circuit on a piece of perfboard instead of using multiple breadboards. The result reminds me at first glance of a Nintendo N64 controller, with two D-pad-like layouts with the analog stick in the middle. And the RGBY LEDs are a direct nod to the color configuration of the original Simon electronic game.
