Today on Food Makers, a Google+ hangout on air, I’ll be joined by Langdon Cook. Langdon is the author of Fat of the Land: Adventures of a 21st Century Forager. It’s a great book about, well, living off the fat of the land and foraging for food in the wild. In addition to being a writer (check out his delicious blog), Langdon is a teaches classes on wild foods and the outdoors. He has been profiled inBon AppetitWSJ magazine, Martha Stewart’s Whole Living, and Salon.com. His writing has appeared in SunsetGray’s Sporting Journal, Seattle Magazine, and other publications.
