GarageBand.com has a new podcast publishing feature- so I tried it out. It's pretty easy, I recorded audio on my local system, uploaded it, then searched for a few songs that I thought were interesting (Nintendo sounding sounds / Bo Bice!) and added them to a "master playlist" from there I made a new podcast, with the playlist, set the order, typed some text and published. In about 5 minutes I made a radio show. Here it is, click download MP3 to listen. Link.
