Overall a pretty in-depth and insightful article on game controllers, be forewarned however, if you are a Micro$oft or $ony fanboy, this guy LOVES Nintendo. Which is okay by me.
The new X-box controllers look sweet.
I can't wait to see what the Revolution controllers will look like.

What about the Atari 5200 controller? That was one of my favorites. Seems like it should be on the same branch as the Intellivision and Colecovision ones because it had a joystick above a number pad.
Plus, it was the first one to have a "Pause" button. That alone makes it tree worthy.
