Here's a Hybrid remote control lawn mower, it's a little pricey, but it looks amazing and they seem to offer a kit. 22" mulch blade, Gas engine, Alternator, Two independent rear motors with speed control, Zero Turning Radius, Rear wheel tree guard shield, Wireless electric starter and a FM radio control. I bought an Evatech RCM05 mower last fall04... The concept is well-thoughout but the mechanics are faulty... Three months into the 05 season and it has busted welds 6 times; it'sliterly fell apart from inadaquate factory welds.. I have 1/2acre... it has maybe 15hrs runtime on it... I'm a machinest, and looking at the 06 model he has on his web-site now, doesn't look like they have taken any of my recomendations - I'm having problems with the rear hubs twisting off now. If anyone else is having these problems plese email me - alertid@juno.com

I'm a quadriplegic and getting pretty frustrated with it.

Interesting mower. Check out the Robomower by Friendly Robotics as well.
