A few months ago we posted up about the $11 Mattel JuiceBox project, some photos in the MAKE Flickr Photo Pool and some resources for hacking up these little guys for other projects. Slashdot has a story on it today with a lot more comments and resources that might come in handy too. Link.

Hey Mattel Sells Just the SD card Adapter for $5.48 so you dont have to waste your money on a Mp3 Kit that Has crap you dont Need, Here's how to get there:

Go To: http://service.mattel.com/us/product_detail.asp?searchString=&id=H4448&displayOption=HOT_TOPICS
(the &display... is optional)

and click on "Purchase Replacement Parts" on the Right Side.

then select "United States" (or Canada) and Continue

you should then see the products
