Here's a good step by step on running Mac OS X on an Xbox, it's pretty slow as you'd expect- but it'll help pass the time until we get those new MacTels. You'll need to software mod your Xbox and put Xebian Linux on it, have a purchased a copy of Mac OS X and made an image of it... Link.
