I really appreciate that O'Reilly and the booksellers are stocking Make as a book, in addition to the subscription options. It does have a "keep-me" value that others don't have.
That said, why $14.99/issue? Amazon has both volume 1 and volume 2 for only $10.19 each.

i think we have different rates with how we distribute, i'd go for the cheapest one :-]
