I'm not sure what "economical" in the subject line means - peltier junctions are far less energy efficient than compressing and expanding a working fluid (the normal sort of air conditioner).
I also don't understand the word "invent" - peltier cooling (even air conditioning) is nothing new.
I also don't understand "eliminate the use of freon" - Freon has not been used in car airconditers for years - what is now used is the replacement HFC-134a.
Other than that... :)
