www.lugnet.com = Adult Fan of Lego (AFOL) "headquarters" - here you will find links to just about anything Lego-related, and a great message board.

the brick wiki at http://brickwiki.zapto.org/index.php/Category:LDD_tix_files

Wow, about 8 or 10 years ago a friend of mine pitched this very idea to Lego with the idea that we would create the software. It included building the pieces on the computer, then ordering them so you could build it physically. I guess it was just a matter of time.

Reminded me of this site -> http://www.foundrydx.com/works.html
Just brilliant. He has some tips on modding lego bricks too.
