Am I the only one who thinks this should have a few fuses, just for logevity of my motherboard's sake?

Computer Power supplies tend to have a trip switch in case you accedently cross power with ground. This will instantly shut your computer down. I wouldn't suggest using this for expeirmenting / projects for that reason alone.

Looks like the PC has to be turned on to use the supply. Switching supplies need a load to stay on. If a load resistor was added, this could make a nice bench supply
