I'm very disapointed that you chose to use a proprietry protocol. Anyway Jabber pub/sub is cool. Mimír is a news alerting system built on it.

I've been using the makebot for a few days now, and I'm disappointed that it doesn't always update with digg. I keep getting the same headlines, even though they are off the digg front page.

it hits the top 5 and the the "all" feed, once they return the same feeds, that's what we display. we'll look at a way of returning "more" (perhaps another command) in the future.
