looks they have USB keylogger as well as PS2 marketing version http://www.keelog.com/kusb.html - quite cheap and the idea is good cause software logger are mostly easy to detect. Have a look at the list published on symantec page - http://www.symantec.com/enterprise/security_response/threatexplorer/risks/spyware.jsp

The problem with a hardware keylogger is that it gives very few information. A software keylogger will record time, program, screenshots, ... Both kind of keyloggers have their advantages.
