Flash player for PSP - February 28th?

A forum member named 71M seems to have created a Flash player / SWF renderer (clone) for the PSP and won the PSP SWF player coding contest on PSPHacks. This is pretty exciting, once the player is released we'll see tons of new games, applications and more. Details are a little skimpy, but the word is the player will be released on February 28th. A little update: I edited this to make it clear it's not a Macromedia/Adobe Flash player (Thanks John!).
