Italyhainz has drawing of a clever mug with press down toaster-like action for dunking cookies - "You simply fill the mug with cold or warm milk (according to your preference) and place the Oreo on the cookie tray. Then push down on the small lever to fully dunk your Oreo. The lever will automatically spring up the Oreo, and then you can enjoy the taste of milk-dunked Oreos without getting you hands wet with milk and without getting it stuck in the mug." - Link.

Why not a couple of magnets and an adjustable, expandable dunking tray instead? This reminds me a lot of those 'useless' invention contests...

That would surely keep the buscuit/cookie horizontal, and thus will leve no part dry and intact for holding.
