Ben writes, "The 17th Annual US Pastry Competition took place on March 5, 2006 as part of the International Restaurant and Foodservice Show of New York. The sculptures are made entirely of sugar, chocolate, and food coloring, and some rose to as much as 5 feet high, all precariously balanced. What these artists/chefs are able to do with ingredients in all of our kitchens is stunning and almost unbelievable." Thanks Ben! Link.
