This means that the poles look as if they are floating in a mass of cables. We've got a project on how to make your own Tensegrity Tower in the next issue of MAKE as well (out the end of May). A great piece by Bill Gurstelle -- we had a blast building them in the MAKE Lab and think you will, too!
