Virtual bunny to real world Wi-Fi bunny notification

I'll post up all the details and code how to do this shortly, but I just wanted to confirm that it is indeed possible to send messages based on activity, presence and all sorts of other things from a virtual rabbit in Second Life to a Wi-Fi enabled rabbit with servos in real life (Nabaztag) - that is all.
