Several states have laws against adding lights to the exterior of your car. Something you might want to look into before getting pulled over.

Kind of along the same lines.... I was thinking as a motorcyclist/bicyclist/pedestrian, the next time I almost get hit by a car, I might want to tag it with a throwie.
To make them easier to spot when I call them in to the police for reckless driving. Hey maybe they'd get a ticket too for having illegal lights on the exterior of their car. A flashing throwie might even freak them out enough to make them pull over, if they've seen enough James Bond movies.

even states that allow extra lights on cars only allow certain colors, blue is a big no-no just about everywhere, red and amber are usually ok as long as they are on the side or back, red should never be facing the front of the car.
