Gever writes - "Back for it's second year, the group that built a rollercoaster in two days is accepting applications for the summer sessions. This year we are offering two weeks of barely controlled chaos for kids ages 7 to 17 - call it tinkering, call it materials hacking, or call it "fooling around like you mean it". Every one who went last year has already signed up for this year - it's that much fun. Last year was about structural engineering, this year it's all about mechanical engineering (with a little bit of robotics for good measure). The Tinkering School will be at the Maker Faire too, so stop by and try your hand at the Tinker Challange." - Link.
