Roarockit has a great teaching program for anyone wanting to teach deckmaking. The kits take the process beyond the standard, bandsaw out a pre-made blank build. Roarockit is about making a deck from scratch, laminating the veneers in a cool press, on your own mold!

Roarockit offers a great tool for a beginner to learn the most advanced techniques of manufacturing today while at the same time offering the more accomplished builder another avenue to bring their craft to a higher level. The heart of the system is the Thin Air Press or TAP system which is a safe and economical (manual) method to introduce the vacuum lamination process to youthful individuals of all ages.
There are many innovations within their kits; they were the first to explore using polystyrene foam for the mold as well as being the first to introduce a manual method of vacuum lamination. All of the items in their products reflect the attention to detail they infuse into the service which the Roarockit team provides.
I bought my first Thin Air Press to share a build with my nephew. Soon after I was able to proto type an advanced level build that far surpassed my expectations even if I had been using the $300 vacuum machines which I already possess but now sit idle in the shop. To be honest this isn't a bad way for someone to start their on skateboard company should they have a mind to.
