That is Taiwanese, not China actually, designed from an elementary school with the help of a school teacher. Made more obvious that its not Chinese with the fact that the text is in Chinese Traditional (used in Taiwan), not Chinese Simplified (used in China).

Well you are partially right on the traditional chinese for being from Taiwan. However... Hong kong Still uses Traditional chinese writing as well. Soooo it could be from HK. And since it has some english, Hong Kong people learn both chinese and english too so that might point to HK as well.
