So, you can throw it from steps used to climb a fence or wall, but it doesn't express any imagination or individuality? Darn.

There's a variation on this that is a hybrid water bomb/paper airplane, called the Kamikaze water bomber. It's basically the linked thing with wings on it.

Of course, it flies more like a rock than an airplane if it's got water in it-- It's better to use shaving cream or whipped cream.
