the way the fortune cookies i've seen is to have a round sheet of dough flat on a table and fold two "corners" to a little past middle, then fold the other corners backwards

you make fortune cokkies by
INGREDINETS

1 tablespoon of flour, 2 TABLESPOONS CORNSTARCH,4OUNCES SUGAR,1/2 TEASPOONS SALT 2 EGGS WHITES,4 OUNES VETABLE OIL,1TEASPOON WATER,2TEASPOONS OF VANILLLA AND ALMODA EXTRACT SHIFT INTO A LARGEW BOWL MAKE FORUNES IN 4 INCH PAPER THAT U CUT LET COOKIES COOK FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN PREHEAT OFEN 400F
steps:
1. Flip cookie onto cotton gloved hand.
2. Hold fortune in center of pliable cookie while folding cookie in half.
3. Grasp ends of cookie and draw gently down over edge of muffin pan to crease at center of cookie.
4. Fit cookie in muffin pan (points down) to hold shape as it cools. If cookie hardens too quickly, put it back in the oven for about 1 minute.
THATS ALL TO MAKEING FORTUNE COOKIES
