Try a deshelled Brazil nut, tough to get started but they stay lit for a pretty good amount of time.

Oh my. If your BMI is high enough that you can easily create candles fom your own fatty tissue, it may be a good time to consider consulting a dietician. Perhaps you guys should start posting more articles on exercise equipment, bicycles, sports, etc...
