I have trouble contacting Raymond Weisling through the (fake?) email address posted on his www.zetalink.biz....

It's not fake, he just answers when he wants. I have been ordering a "four letter words" from him one year ago, I had a couple of answers from him since (but only when posting a complaints), providing a lot of excuses and some (unrealized) promises. I don't know if I will ever see the item I ordered, be warned!

Sad stories abound from others too. Apparently it's a common problem. A quick search returned this page with similar complaints:

The word "klok" is Dutch for clock. I hope that Zetalink has no Dutch connection since I would be ashamed. It is pretty obvious that Zetalink is a scam. Just look at this link:

Luckily, a MUCH cheaper ($24.95) Geek Clock is available from Dutchtronix, the AVR Oscilloscope Clock V3.0, which now features the Binary-Hexadecimal Display mode. Dutchtronix sells the AVR Clock through distributors like SparkFun Electronics, so no worries about being scammed.
Other new features in the V3.0 firmware are Date set and display, fractional seconds, User Name display, Automatic Daylight Saving Time (US and EU) and GPS NMEA support: connect the serial output of your GPS unit to the AVR clock and you'll always have the correct date and time on your oscilloscope.
