If I see it from this point, he's gonna rub his trousers on the fabric of the streets. As soon as his trousers are worn off, it's gonna be his leg..... Also slipping your shoe down off the plank onto the street makes some dangerous manouvres.

Looks like a fun ride but I'm pretty sure for it to considered a luge you'd have to be laying down. I'm no luge expert though, this is just the potentially irrational opinion that I have in my mind of the definition of luge.
